ENTERTAINMENT
Another hobby of mine involves entertainment, this category falls under everything that is not specifically animation.
Game Development
I spent lots of time in college learning game development, using both Unity and the Unreal engine. I made a handful of games.
UNITY
The Bug Bois - An exercise attempting to create a platformer similar to "Cluster Truck". Jumping from one random moving surface to another.
FPS Prototype - Practicing "bullet" collision and score tracking.
Post-Processing Test - Using some buildings I modeled in Blender, I was practicing Unitys post process volume shader.
Physics Shenanigans - Similar to the fps prototype except I used raytracing for the gun. using force and rigid bodies to launch objects.
Shut Eye - My first crack at a horror game. Your score goes up the longer your eyes are closed, however the danger also rises.
UNREAL
Using raytracing and VR. I made a shooting gallery in the unreal engine. Built with a reset option, a timer, physics objects, and of course targets.
Making youtube videos has not only been a fun experience that brings joy to my peers, but it also helped me learn a great deal in Premiere Pro. Using various effects, captioning dialogue, balancing audio are just some of the many things I have learned in the program.
